BMS Boost Mode.
Extract maximum performance from your battery — without bypassing the BMS. No hardware modifications required.

BMS boost mode lets you extract the most out of your battery without bypassing your BMS. It works for both stock and third-party batteries that use a BMS for discharge management.
Boost mode exposes three settings that stay within BMS limits. Fine-tuning these values gives you significant additional power — without any physical modifications.
If your battery has no discharge BMS, you don't need boost mode. Simply set the maximum DC amps to your battery manufacturer's specifications.

Warning. Adjusting values in excess of your BMS shut-off will result in continuous shutdowns. Axon will not be held responsible for batteries damaged by users repeatedly exceeding BMS limits. If a shutdown occurs, reduce your peak DC amps value by 10% and test again.
Peak discharge
Set according to your battery specs. Setting too high will trigger a BMS shutdown — allow 30–60 seconds for the BMS to reset, then adjust downward accordingly.
Peak duration
Adjustable in 0.5-second increments. Start at 3 seconds and increase gradually. If this value triggers a BMS shutdown, reduce it until stable.
Peak reset time
The interval between boost applications. Adjust in 1-second increments. Start at 3–5 seconds and tune from there once peak discharge and duration are dialled in.
Suggested starting values.
Third-party batteries
Begin with these values and adjust incrementally. If a BMS shutdown occurs, reduce peak DC amps by 5–10% and re-test before adjusting duration and reset time.
