4. Warranty (1-Year Limited Warranty)
Coverage: Axon Racing products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects that arise under normal use and does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
What is Covered: Defects in the controller, motor components, and battery management systems that prevent normal operation.
What is NOT Covered:
- • Damage from water immersion or exposure beyond IP rating specifications
- • Damage from incorrect installation or modification
- • Cosmetic damage or wear
- • Components damaged by external impact or accident
- • Batteries with degraded capacity due to normal aging or charge cycles
- • Damage from exceeding specified voltage, amperage, or temperature limits
Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, contact info@axon.racing with proof of purchase and detailed description of the issue. We will assess the claim and provide repair or replacement at our discretion.

6. User Responsibilities
