Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund, provided the product is in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.

What Can Be Returned

Eligible for Return:

• • Unopened, unused products in original packaging
• • Products with manufacturing defects discovered upon delivery
• • Incorrect items shipped

NOT Eligible for Return:

• • Products that have been installed or used
• • Damaged products due to customer mishandling
• • Products returned after 30 days
• • Items without original packaging or documentation

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our support team at info@axon.racing with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and return authorization number.

Step 3: Pack the item securely with all original packaging and documentation. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship the package using the prepaid label. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Processing

Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees (if product shows signs of use beyond inspection).

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos or video documentation of the defect. We will:

• • Provide a return label and authorization
• • Inspect the product upon receipt
• • Issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion

Defective product claims are not subject to the 30-day window and will be honored under our 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model within 30 days of delivery:

Contact info@axon.racing to request an exchange. We will provide a return label for your original item. Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost (if same price) or charge the difference (if upgraded).

Shipping Costs

Outbound Return Shipping: Free (prepaid label provided by Axon Racing)

Return to Sender: If you return a package using your own carrier without authorization, we cannot accept the return. Always use the prepaid label provided.
